Terms and conditions for draw:

• You’ll automatically be entered in our prize draw once you have booked and completed a 10 minute telephone chat with one of our telephone account managers about our Pension Income Plus Annuity product by 5 April 2012
• You don’t need to buy anything to be entered.
• You can only have one entry to the prize draw.
• There is one prize available of a Bose VideoWave Entertainment System worth approximately £4,500. You can’t have cash instead. 
• The prize doesn’t include any expenses in relation to the prize.  
• The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and is subject to availability.
• We may substitute the prize with a different prize of the similar value.
• The prize draw is open to all UK financial advisers who are over 18 years old.
• The prize draw is not open to LV= staff, their immediate family or anyone directly connected with the prize draw.
• The prize draw will be held on 12 April 2012. The winners will be randomly selected by a judge appointed by LV=. This judge’s decision is final.
• The winner will be notified by post or phone by 26 April 2012.  We’ll make all reasonable effort to contact the winner. Where we can’t make contact, we’ll choose another winner at random and contact them within 28 days. If you’d like to know the names of the judge and winner, please send an SAE to: LV= Retirement Solutions, Keynes House, Tilehouse Street, Hitchin, Herts SG5 2DX up to two months after the closing date.
• The winner agrees to having their name, likeness and county of residence published to announce their win and for related marketing purposes.
• We have the right to change the prize draw terms and conditions and to withdraw the prize at any time.
