Ageas: What do our customers think of us? Customer view no.2

This year, the ABI Customer Impact Survey asked over 20,000 protection, pensions and investment customers what they think of the products they purchased.

When asked, 93% of our customers said we’re ‘easy to do business with’.

And 90% of our customers said that our staff make them feel valued That’s compared to an industry average of just 80%.

That’s a big difference. It just goes to show what a positive impact a fresh approach to protection can really have.
