Looking for a CF30 locum for my new business

Hello all. I'm currently seeking FSA registration for a new financial advisory website and need a CF30 qualified locum. The requirement is purely regulatory ("disaster recovery" if I go under a bus or similar) so there would, I hope, be very little to do.
