1. The expected solutions for the AF5 and R06 April exams are now available

AF5

The Expected Solution is now available for immediate download and contains 53 pages of expert analysis.

2. Five key reasons for using our accredited CPD system

The key reasons for using our accredited CPD system:

1  It provides robust proof of knowledge and CPD recorded by completing assessments based on courses, regular updates that can lead to further exploration of the subject areas

2  It is all in there, including level four diploma training in all core areas - no need to go out to CPD events if you don’t want to!

3  It handles competency assessments, training needs analysis, training schemes as well as CPD recording

4  It works on mobile phones and portable devices so CPD can be done 'on the go’

5  It saves a lot of time - if you know the answer because you have completed effective CPD

3. CII pass rates

The CII have recently published their exam pass rates for 2017 and we have added them to our existing table here showing the current and recent years.

The rates are calculated based on the number of candidates who passed during the year divided by the number who sat the exam.

The regulated diploma average pass rate across R01 to R06 was up 2.98% to 63.78% from 60.80% in 2016. There were improvements in the pass rates for all exams except for R03. The highest pass mark was R05 at 78.26% and the lowest was R03 at 48.71%.

The advanced diploma average pass rate across the AF subjects was 50.99%. There were falls in the AF2, AF4 and AF5 pass rates and increases in the AF1 and AF3 pass rates. The highest pass mark was AF5 at 64.60% and the lowest was AF7 at 43.74%.
