Help wanted- AE or PP?

I would welcome your feedback on Auto Enrolment and in particular Opting Out i.e. a client who wishes to maintain or direct new contributions into a Personal Pension in preference to NEST. His employer is happy either way and the contributions would be circa 10% of salary, salary being £68K.

I’m thinking of the compliance view, best advice and or insistent client as protection. I’m asking this because compliance responses seem to be very pro AE and blinkered?
