Aviva: Limited time only! Equity Release fee down to £5
Clients can now save £595 on our Equity Release fee.
Here’s some great news. We’ve lowered our lifetime mortgage arrangement fee from £600 to just £5! That leaves an unexpected bonus of £595 for clients to spend on themselves or to reduce their loan amount by, whichever takes their fancy.
As you might expect with an offer this good, it’s strictly time limited and will run from 11 August to 11 November 2015. All clients who apply for a lifetime mortgage in that time and then complete within 14 weeks benefit from the discount.
Got clients currently applying for a lifetime mortgage? As long as they complete within the offer period they get the discount too.
