AE in a Box and a question of 20 minutes.

“How do you explain 2 years of work, and our plans for the next few years in 20 minutes?”

A strange question. Perhaps. But one I’ve been thinking about since leaving the offices of Money Marketing this morning.

You see our auto enrolment service, AE in a Box, is shortlisted for the Money Marketing “best auto enrolment” solution and this morning was our interview with the judges.

We spend 20 minutes talking about our work with AE in a Box and, as should be expected from such a prestigious award, the questions were challenging and robust.

However win, lose or draw (I don’t think we can draw, but we’ll find out at the awards event on the 18th June) there’s one thing I can say…

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far with AE in a Box.

We’ve seen plenty of partners using our platform to help their employers

We’ve seen employers completing their tasks in order to comply.

and

We’re constantly improving the platform to ensure we provide a better service. A service which continuously develops and grows. A service which helps employers and the professionals who use it.

I hope today within our 20 minute slot we did all of the fantastic people who have worked on, and continue to work on AE in a Box proud.

We’ll eventually find out if we communicated what we’re doing, and intend to do in the future with enough clarity (and hopefully passion) to win.

In the meantime we’ll just continue to do what we’ve been doing…

Trying to help and guide more and more employers, in conjunction with more of the professionals who work with them through auto enrolment in a step by step, streamlined way.
