FundsNetwork: The changing face of re-registration

It’s safe to say that Frederick Douglass, the 19th century US social reformer wasn’t referring to re-registration when he said “If there is no struggle, there is no progress.” Nevertheless this remark certainly applies.

It’s been 22 months since the requirement for fund managers and platforms to offer in specie transfer was introduced, and while much progress has been made towards seamless transfers of assets, there remains much to do.
